    Thank you for helping,,, if we have limited data and volume (this would be calls per day ) has lots of deviation, which forecast method you would suggest : Ex" volume for last all Monday's is is 55,59,39,65,57,86,75,60,58,41,45..

      Hi Muhammad, listen to the video from around 2:20 and it should help. And, can you please explain what you mean by 'adjust'? We can calculate the coefficient of variation, and not sure what you mean by adjusting it.
