I was born and raised in a small western Colorado town called Montrose, and Denver was always my default idea of a big but not huge city. I’ve been there more times than I can count throughout my life. My family and I have been to a few Rockies games, Nuggets games, and even two Broncos games in Denver. I’m graduating high school right now and am planning to attend the University of Colorado Denver this fall. I am super excited!
Denver is wonderful! The mountains are so pleasantly beautiful!! Denver is my favorite city to see in Colorado!! I love seeing my older sisters college in Colorado!! I live close to Denver and it’s really amazing!!
I lived there for 17 years and in my humble opinion, it’s one of the great urban and cosmopolitan American cities. Eight of the 100 largest fast food chains were founded in the Mile High City. Aurora which is 15 or so miles away has nearly 400,000 people in the city limits. Second largest number of government jobs outside of Washington DC. One of just 13 cities to have sports teams in all five of the major leagues (MLB, NHL, NFL, NBA, MLS) plus its public transportation system is a six time winner of the best public transportation system in the nation (2002, 2003, 2005, 2006, 2015, 2018)

@@Tb12345 Average rent is around $1700 per month in Denver, winters get really bad but not like in the Midwest or East Coast as the mountains are a barrier somewhat. Colorado Springs is pretty good as they have a great zoo and parks system plus they have microbreweries and the Springs has around 485,000 people in the city limits and around 750,000 in the metro area. Fort Collins is pretty good too.

I've always looked forward to visiting Denver some day. For some reason in my mind, i always assumed I'd enjoy it there. This video has confirmed that thought 👍
Great job covering Denver. We’ve been many times since we have relatives in Colorado Springs. The downtown is surprisingly walkable for an American city. I appreciate that! Union Station “reinvented” was absolutely the best surprise on our latest visit. I dragged my relatives to the DAM (Denver Art Museum) since they had never been. It was absolutely fantastic with Western & Native American art the highlights! The beauty of the red rock amphitheater is also hard to even describe. I would guess that both Denver & Colorado Springs contain some of the healthiest people in our country with such a wide array of hiking and outdoor venues. Plus the high altitudes and constant stair and hill climbing give you a built in aerobic workout every time you leave your home! The airport is crazy huge but well run most of the time. Enjoyed the video as always! 😎⭐️🥇🏆🥳🏙♥️

As a European, I always have to laugh when reading statements like that. You now reap the fruits of your hyper-anarcho-capitalist corrupt company-driven politics. You CHOSE to make your cities congested parking lots. Apparently, public transport is EVIL communism 😡😡🫣
Let me tell you one thing. My city is thrice the sice of Denver. Practically nobody owns a car. You can reach every part of the city in 20min with public transport. - And in America, dont even try to hurt yourself with your car, buddy! That will be a life long endebtment. Enjoy your „freedom“ (which means: freedom for the Wall Street and brainwashing for the common people to believe this is real freedom, to keep the system alive).
The Denver airport is the most unique airport in the country in my opinion. Its history, design, scale, and positioning in relation to Denver are all unique. It doesn't surprise me that there are so many conspiracies about it. That being said, it isnt my favorite airport. The line for security is the longest I have ever experienced and the USO lounge is extremely difficult to find/get to compared to other airports.

@mikeanderson9266: Denver is one of the sunniest cities in America on average, sooooo. The crime is no more than any city of that size. If you don't like living in a city that leans left, and it bothers you that much, then move to one of the poverty-stricken, cracked out red states. I'm sure no one in Denver would blink an eye...... I used to hear right-wing nut jobs complaining all of the time in Los Angeles. I don't know why they go to California because it is no secret that California is a blue state, and has been FOREVER so I say LEAVE! But the nut jobs won't leave because they know what they are gonna get in most of the red states!!

@lordjobe1724: If you have traveled to ANY city of a decent size outside of Denver and Seattle you will see that homelessness is a problem across ALL of America! I am not talking about small TOWNS, I am talking about mid to large size cities. If you think Denver is bad, check out Los Angeles, Austin, Phoenix, Philadelphia, and San Francisco! I could go on, but you should see for yourself. Also saying that you see homeless on EVERY CORNER in Denver is a huge stretch of the truth. Downtown Denver is pretty nice to walk. You will see homeless people scattered throught any downtown area, but homless encampments are usually concentrated to certain areas. They are unvoidable in the U.S. Of course there are places to avoid in Denver like everywhere else. The problem is that the cost of living is sky-rocketing everywhere! High prices, growing mental illness issues, and drug abuse are the problems, and it's all everywhere!

Denver sucks if you ask me too much crime, too many liberal laws, and COLD/DIRTY roads. Also, I did not find that much to do with the cloudy days I spend there.
I'm a leftist and liberals are vastly different 😂😂
Danver state oh my god is that real or fake only true god knows they said you can't make it I still make it I break there strong defence it's jhikkey alla Apinder Singh god is great
DRY CENTER,.
Looks waaaaaaay better than Atlanta. Then again Atlanta is 🗑️
Unfortunately Denver has become like Seattle when it comes to the homeless problem. Homeless on every corner
Every big city has a homeless problem! Portland/Vancouver metro area it’s everywhere-sad 😞

What’s boring about it? Denver actually has many things to do.
