Amazing meditation. My dog came up for me to pet her. Instantly aware of the countless events in an unlimited past that led through a big bang, to a moment where I can pet my self, the one experiencing life through my dog. Also aware of how this moment is already forever gone, before I finished typing this comment.

@@MIRROROFTHEMIND-lv7vf that the path to unity for society will be to realize that all of us are capable of becoming a Buddha, Christ, God, in this lifetime, in the present moment even, as soon as we realize that we already are. Once the individual realizes that they cannot exist in a vacuum, they become aware that the interconnectedness comes first. After awareness, it just becomes a matter of stabilizing in your divinity rather than falling into the habits that make up the false you, the you that suffers.

The issue is that we were trained from our childhood in the wrong direction. I am still learning how to be still trying to avoid reactions, but it is not easy. I love Ramana teaching. I got a picture of him in my bedroom, so it's something that inspires me in my daily life.
