What's up guys,
This session is a repost from an Off-Season Series I did with pro goalkeepers: Armando Quezada, Jake Fenlasson & Bennet Sneddon! Instead of having you guys watch my full sessions, I wanted to make it easier for you to find drills & progressions to follow and use.
