Wood in environments with a high Relative Humidity Level tends to soak in moisture and eventually grow mold.
Home spaces like the crawl space or the attic are specially prone to mold problems. Poor design, improper ventilation, lack or proper air sealing or a combination of these factors make it very difficult to control relative humidity in these areas.
Taking steps to get moisture under control -- such as sealing and dehumidifying the crawl space or air sealing and insulating the attic -- is paramount to keep your home mold free, but what can be done when mold is already present in the wood?
Mold-X2 is an effect and safe solution to kill mold in crawl spaces and attics. It also helps prevent future growth.
Results are immediately visible , as you can see in this video. Mold-X2 Cleaner is the preparation used to clean and kill mold in wood. Just a few seconds after the application, the mold is completely gone, and the wood looks almost as good as new.
Mold-X2 Botanical is a preparation used after the Cleaner application, to help prevent any future mold growth in the treated area.
Mold-X2 is available exclusively through our extensive dealership network across the U.S., Canada, U.K. and Ireland. Contact us for a free inspection and estimate today!
Might I suggest putting a link in your video's description for people to find a local dealer/service provider?
Clorox bleach n water in a gallon sprayer works perfectly 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Remove it with a HEPA vacuum, and use a Air scrubber for negative pressure will vacuuming. Come back and spray it with a killer twice...then use something for the stains.
What killer do you recommend
Exactly
You cant vacuum mold out if wood lmao. You have to literally remove the wood
Do you have a link to the products? What are the active ingredients? I would be buying now if I could find it.

I called the number listed in a reply below and was told they ONLY sell to Authorized Dealers, not the general public. Dont waste your time tracking this product unless you want to hire a company to do the work.

Do you not answer questions? Is this product available for sale or is this video really just a leader to sell services?
Does the second treatment, the Botanical, which I believe was sprayed onto the joists and subfloor, after the mold treatment, create an air barrier from the crawl into the living space above?
No sir.
Is a mold agitation not required before applying these products? (Brush and spray)
Is there any video on how to do this?

I cannot find where this is sold anywhere. If Janesky recommends it, we want it. We have tank sprayers and yes, we have used the RMR product, but it's quite bleachy
It is supplied exclusively through our dealer network. Please visit www.basementsystems.com/basement-waterproofing/contractors.html to find your local contractor who can install this for you.
what is that tool being used to spray the mold?
Looks like a regular pump
sprayer
Does mold x2 guarantee that all the mold will be physically removed upon installation? Is this remediation?
Deep inside you already know the answer to this question lol. It just removes stains. I tried a similar product from RMR and it just removes stains and now its harder to see where the mold is now that I have almost given up and just may hire someone. I have just come across a product called Moldklear and supposed to be an enzyme and actually eats the mold. Never tried it though.
