So the manufacturer does NOT support a web-based interface for configuring the device?

@donaldwycoff4154 The only two ways of using the 360 Vis Nav are through the MyDyson app or by simply turning it on and letting it roam around and clean.

@@abtelectronics Thanks for the info. Same limitation as my roomba i7+. For me, not having a general web interface is why I won't buy irobot again, and I won't buy the dyson, now that I know it shared a dreaded shortcoming with irobot. I'm looking for an alternative/replacement to my i7+ because the irobot has exceptionally silly shortcomings I hope other manufactures will not duplicate. If I could find a vacuum that supported a browser (firefox, chrome, etc) web interface, didn't get lost regularly (even in full light), didn't have strange delays before completing device authentication (up to minutes of delay time), didn't regularly forget the password and require me to re-authenticate, did not have forced-upgrade marches with little or no win, I'd want to buy it. I'd also like it to vacuum the floor, but sometimes the irobot doesn't do that, either. Irobot was a major disappointment.

I love Dyson products and have been purchasing for years. First time ordering directly from Dyson and I’ll never do it again. I haven’t gotten my order and they are giving me the run around. It was suppose to be delivered 7 days ago and Dyson customer service is not taking any responsibility for my missing package. Where can I go for help? Dyson is not holding themselves responsible for getting me the product I paid for
