There are too many RUclipsrs that abuse their cars and drive them illegally on public roads. Tim is an example of proper car care and driving. If you want to go fast, go to the track or autobahn.
Being a GT7 player, its soo sweet to see the real track from the same prospective of the game. Hope one day I can make it there from the US and give a car the beans for a real lap or two.

Having seen you make it to the shuttle on the bank holiday Monday I know all went well great footage as always.Not sure if my Davrian mk8 will ever get to go to the Nuremberg Ring.

Germany always reminds me on 1930’s. If you take all the modern signs and take a photo, you could fully convince people it was taken damn near 90 years ago!!
There was no need to cool your car Shmee... the oil barely got above 100 and the tyre temps did not get up to requirements. The brakes would have been quite OK. Not sure if it's the video... but the fake speaker generated noise in your car makes it sound like a 4 banger induction noise... still sounds OK, bit doesn't suite the V8 that it is.
No Nurburgring video will ever top the Senna ones. Miss that car so much. Good to see you at the ‘ring though. These are the videos I watch front to back. Keep it up!
Crazy weather, the Nurburgring has this easter holiday almost the worst weather in all of Germany. The rest of the country is takig a early sun bath at 20-23° C, but the Nurburgring is at max. 16°C and possibel rain. The overall yellow dust on the cars is also African Saharah sand wich is also taken in large clouds to Germany. This southern wind stream brings warm temperatures but also the Saharah sand.
Good Job Shmee! Talk about checking off one of your Bucket list experiences I'd give anything to take a few laps myself in my SVJ I thoroughly enjoyed the video and all of your videos I guess you can say I'm addicted! Cheers 🍻

Som happenings for you Tim, I used to Owner a MB GTR bu sold it last year, Miss it soo much ( needed to have my Wife happy….)but now I’m driving something totally different , a RAM TRX and I will take it to the track 😅
There is no need to cool down a (German) car after a racetrack, the engine cooling is constantly provided, you just have to chill out every car after a high performace run by keeping the engnie running for at least 5 minutes. The oil pump is driven by the engine and not a e-motor, so after a hot lap/ round the motor has to still run to keep keep the oil pump and lead the engine heat evade to the cooling syystem. If the motor is shut off, also the pumps are shut off and the engine is badly coolig down.
@@AB-80-X The engine is cooled by the oil/water cooler and as long as the engine is running, this parts do their job. Btw. i have a shared GT3R wich i/we (our team) use for race purposes* and i also drive privately a GT3. *Hence i have a FIA race license.
