This seemed like such an odd year for the high school mile, after only 9 other high schoolers in history being able to pull off the sub-4 it seemed at the start of indoor this year that there were like 5 guys that could very conceivably do it with Reed Brown, Casey Clinger, DJ Principe, Cooper Teare, and Sam Worley. Then we just saw a lot of guys go 4 flat with nobody really going under until the Pre classic with that Norwegian kid. Good to see an American kid finally pull it off.
I need ur help really bad. I am 17 training for soccer( just started training last week) . I need a 6:15 mile to make the team. I need to make this mile in 2 weeks from now. Rn I am running about a 6:20-23 mile time. Any advice would help and I would appreciate this so much. Thanks Ps. I am not eating healthy including some chips, and maybe 1-2 cookies a day on top of a lot of not so healthy meal food.
