I have been listening to This American Life for a couple of years, mostly while commuting by bicycle. First time I have SEEN Ira talking. I really enjoyed this. Thank you.
In the fantasy dinner party in my head, cool people have come and gone over the decades, but Ira Glass has never been disinvited. Timeless, thoughtful, and funny. And a good reminder that great talents don't alway find their "thing" early in life. Glad Ira prevailed over the objections of his parents.

Same here.
Same. I had him pictured as a 28 year old Asian American guy
Moby Dick I pictured him younger too.
And he’s sexy AF.
Oh my gosh, i love everything about Ira glass.
When I’m listening to this AmericanLife I don’t know why, but I’ve pictured Ira Glass just as being younger. It’s his voice as he’s talking.
Lisa Castro I did too
He's been doing the show since 1995, so he's no youngin!
He has talked about how his voice sounds young for his age.

The guy interviewing sounds like Steve Levitt, no?
this guy and Steven Driner, Ian Chilog and another guy from Radio Lab all and i mean wierdly enough all sound alike? whats going on?
Ira, you are in serious need of vocal coaching. Seriously.
Two people with speech impediments speaking to each other is too much for me.
It’s peak NPR. The host with a pronounced lisp and Ira choking on his L’s.
