Towards the end of my use i was coughing/spitting phlegm that had black specks and the anxiety was unbearable without the plant. I cant speak for everybody but this plant isnt meant for everyone, some people cant handle it like myself and go overboard like alcoholics do with alcohol. nowadays my mind is sharper the brain fog has gotten better aswell as my anxiety. i rarely miss it but sometimes i feel like lighting up again i aint gonna lie but that only happens when i feel melancholic.

All I do is buy guns now 💪 better addiction
Also I have dreams of me smoking like taking a dab or bong rip or a hit from the penjamin and I feel like all my progress is gone but thank god it’s just a dream!
It gets easier day by day don’t give up
Also my dad passed away from cancer couple years ago and every time I would dream about him during the time I would smoke, I couldn’t ever see his face but I knew it was him. Now after I stopped smoking I sometimes dream about him and now I can actually see his face and talk to him and hang out with him and it feels so real!

Now I get my work assignment done. I'm one of the top performers but yet people talk so badly about smoking yet it does so much for me. I went to rehab for other substances and made it almost 3 months dead sober and went back to smoking bud and my tolerance came right back after like a day of smoking. I don't wanna get anyone's hopes up but honestly the last time I had a decent tolerance break was when I was on probation for almost two years and even then I probably had a month of good seshs and then the tolerance came back.(I'm an addict so if I use anything it's all day every day) I think it boils down to either smoking all the time and just taking what you get or having the discipline to only smoke every once and awhile or something.

@@MustyKitten I agree with you on the discipline part. Moderation is key to having a consistently low tolerance. That being said, I also know people that smoke a lot or on a daily basis and still get fried every time they smoke. I think it’s a mix between different human bodies and moderation. Just like you, I take a week or 2 off smoking and comeback to my tolerance going back up in a day or so. I also smoke all day for the most part so I know that comes into play of having a high tolerance.

I am sixty-nine years old, and have been smoking pot for over 50 years. Back in the early 70's I went to a seminar at UC Berkeley about the importance of taking a tolerance break. Since then, been taking tolerance breaks for decades, twenty one days each time. Whenever I feel that the weed isn't doing it and need to do more, I go right on a break. Having doing breaks for all these years, I don't go through anymore withdrawal symptoms with the exception of a occasional few days of insomnia. The twenty-one days completely resets me, and I resume the pleasure.

I just ran out so I’m just not gonna smoke until I stumble on it, not go out of my way to, let the universe do its thing ig, the problem is that there is literally nothing else to do where I live other then skating and video games, and they get old
And with the sleeping, it’s not that I can’t sleep soundly it’s just falling asleep in general is a bit harder, like 3-4 hours of laying in my bed and until I actually fall asleep, and it doesn’t help that I’m alone with my thoughts during it

It’s not about rather if your productive while on weed because it all depends what goals you get accomplished ,you can be on weed and still get stuff done but at what effort ?😅 and mind you being sober gives you that extra energy boost and more motivation to do bigger things then when your on weed all the time not getting all that much done 🤷‍♂️ just think about that for a minute are you really getting those things done ?or is it just you saying that because you don’t wanna give up weed

i did 24 days sober after abt 2-3 years straight of carts and flower. i noticed the clearest mind and was less in my head if that makes sense, i would also have the most vivid dreams ive had in years. i knew i was about to take a break so i slowed down to abt once a day at night for a week before i stopped for real. i needed to do it for the better of myself so it wasn’t that hard mentally. once i got the job i needed i made it one more day longer before i smoked. i smoked 2 fat blunts with a friend and went into it expecting to green out and instead i stayed high for like 3 hours. i only smoke flower now and i can smoke less than i was be more high and for longer. definitely would recommend doing if you have used a lot every day for years

  • @dripbeasy5
    @dripbeasy5 3 месяца назад +2

7 days isnt enough you dont really start to feel the effects till about 5 -14 days depending on the person, takes about 30-90days to completely break the habit. id recommend waiting till you feel the effects of the T break and then add the 7-14days from that point.

    • @dripbeasy5

Havent smoked in probably a 1 month one thing that helped me trying to stop ( didnt get withdraws but i did need to relax a few days so i smoked a little bit ) then stopped again prolly the easiest way, that second time around you dont have a urge to smoke really of course i think about it because it does make you feel great but its like my mind has said you dont need it or have to smoke. i will definitely smoke again but keep my tolerance way lower by only smoking when ive completed all task of the day and still keep the amount low youll be suprised .5 grams of some good tree or even a puff of a pen after 1 month will really get you more than loaded and teaches you that you dont need to smoke a whole 3.5 or kill the pen i think its a mindset when you dont set boundaries and think you not high enough. also id try finding the highest quality stuff in your city to help lower the amount or usage needed, if you smoke shitty weed youll get shitty results and need more, dont gotta break the bank but definitely dont buy it if it isnt high quality because then its useless.

Don’t take a tolerance break!! Instead try a detox drink. Go to your local smoke shop and find one, my suggestion is Qcarbo. I smoked after taking the detox drink and passed with flying colors. Afterward I went from smoking an ounce in a few days to smoking 5 bowls a day max. It’s worth it.

i believe it’s only “difficult” when taking a break off weed bc for certain people they become codependent. My experience with no cannabis use is similar to the way others describe it, and that’s only for the reason that it became my daily habit to use when i’m in a vulnerable state of mind so for whatever situation i had i smoked even if it didn’t get me as high as i wanted.

Be careful after long tolerance breaks usually not willingly. Jail, rehab, moving, whatever the situation. When I quit and came back weed just affected me differently. Even when my tolerance balanced out. I'd still get extremely anxious and not like to smoke around people. For like 2 years I lost the enjoyment of smoking.. I quit again for 6 months and started smoking again and now I enjoy it.
    Hard to explain.

    It’s definitely a mental thing.
When I went on a trip to visit family in Hawaii, I literally couldn’t smoke because I was A. Too afraid of lawful consequences, and B. Too afraid of my family’s reaction if they found out. So I went on a little 10 day T break.
It’s definitely difficult the first day or two (for me), but I feel like after that it’s a downhill battle that mostly requires your self control. I could’ve bought something online or even forget the consequences, but it’s worth it to take a lil break every now and then.

I feel for the people that suffer from this 💔. Remember flower is not for everyone, i actually got ADHD and a very active life, it doesnt affect me so much to stop smoking except for the sleep uneasiness and of course the anxiety. I always manage to control it, the key is to NOT THINK ABOUT IT.
Tolerance break is not only stop smoking but also forget that it even exists, so you can really dive into self control.
Peace out and strengh to all the people going through something ❤️
Ps Seby bro thanks for this video, i feel this is a stigma for most people. People dig themselves in holes losing time of their lives. Cannabis is supposed to heal and give you peace of mind and body, if you are not active enough it'll do all the opposite, itll stop your dreams

This is a strange coincidence for me, I've been smoking everyday for the last 9 years (just switched to dry herb vaporizer 1 year ago) but today I havent been able to smoke at all due to asthmatic like symptoms in my lungs... Tonight for the first time I am seriously considering quitting alltogether and this video popped up in my recommendedations I hope it helps..... I'm scared as both of my friends who quit weed suffer from never ending anhedonia and stopped making the art that they not only enjoyed but had a real talent for. I am so scared that I won't enjoy things like music or making art ever again. I'm considering signing up for rehab tomorrow but I know those places only care about money so maybe I'm better off signing up for fishtank and brave through the cigarette challenges (I won't inhale) to overcome my addiction. I feel so hopeless
