Delicious Creamy Chicken Pastel Recipe
Ingredients:
1. Chicken Marinade
1.2 kilos - whole chicken (remove excess fat & skin)
1 tsp - pepper powder
1 tbsp - fish sauce/ patis
1 tbsp - calamansi juice
2. Fries/ Saute/ Simmer
4 tbsp - olive oil
3 cups - potatoes
1 cup - carrots
2 cups - assorted bell peppers
340 grams - chicken frank sausage
***marinated chicken (discard marinade sauce)
1/3 cup - garlic
***seared chicken
1 cup - shallots
2 tbsp - unsalted butter
2 cups water
1 tbsp - spicy chilis
405 grams - full cream evaporated milk
***fried veggies (save some green bell pepper for garnish)
2 cups - button mushroom
***fried sausages
1 tsp - chicken powder
1 tbsp - liquid seasoning
1/2 cup - cheese
2 dozen - hard boiled eggs
garnish with 5pcs spicy chilis + fried green bell peppers
Cooking time: approximately 1 hour & 15 minutes
