It’s wonderful,u made me learn 100 different things about how to use canvas with this single video, I watched 20 to 30 videos on how to make best edits using canvas ,but ur single video helped me a lot. I will checkout all your other videos, subscribed❤
I believe this can be done in Canva with the DID app, here is a tutorial on how i did it on their website: ruclips.net/video/VUZNEk5zQbU/видео.htmlsi=dfYNUM8yjXfiozlk
I love your videos. I have learned more from your tutorials in a few weeks, than I have in a few years. How did you do the pigeon/dove/bird animation? Thank for your work!
Glad you are finding them helpful. For the bird to look like it's head is moving, make an exact duplicate and place it directly over the original. Crop the top layer from bottom to top until only the neck and head are visible. Then crop the bottom layer from top to bottom, showing only the body. As you go through the stop motion process, move the head to different angles and reposition it to avoid any gaps between movements. It would work with every image, I think I searched for something like "pigeon cutout" to find this image. Happy designing 🙂
Hi Lilly! Great video! I am a complete beginner. And I am loving how you teach! Unfortunately, Canva Magic Edit did not work for me. I tried it in English and in Spanish. It was not able to create a sign with the correct words. Just letters that did not make any sense. :(
Hi There, this is actually how this function works. You need to make sure to use the "Grab Text" tool to fix the wording in the image. Watch that section again and pay attention to the steps after the image generation. ruclips.net/video/YZTBRLjBek0/видео.htmlsi=03pcEgkXvYdAWMZ3&t=437 Good luck, and let me know how it goes :-)
wow. i am in awe!!! i cant afford adobe at the moment and i am using canva as my main design tool. i have the pro version so these pro designs are right up my alley. thank you
I used to live and breath Adobe products... now finding i can get by just fine with Canva and a bit of imagination, especially with all of the new AI tools and apps. The pricing and bloat of Adobe will be their downfall! Thanks for the comment :-)
Thank you Lily for this TRULY AWESOME tutorial....it is exactly what I needed after researching countless ways to do animation. BTW you have an amazing voice; it's so pleasant to listen to. I subscribed today and I'm looking forward to seeing more of your tutorials. 👏👏👏❤
@@LillysTechTips haha. Sorry if my english is bad. I liked your video first even before watching it. Love this tutorial! Btw, can you show a trick to let an element stays throughout the pages? Because when the pages change, the elements inside it fade too.
@@hariatyyaccob No problem, I get you now 😁. Sure, you just need to make sure that you have not set any transition between the pages, also make sure that none of the elements on the page have an animation applied to them during the stop motion process. In some cases where the page has a longer duration (like where the planet rotates), it's important to make sure that "On Enter" is applied to the animation. I hope that makes sense. Feel free to ask as many questions as you need ❣
Wow. I ´ve watched only two of your tutorials and I´ve already subscribed. Very nice work. Could you please do, or explain the animation with the Camera - studio - starting at 12:25 ? Thank you
Thank you for the kind words :-). I thought about creating a short to explain this but I don't think I could fit it all in. The exact steps I took are as follows : 1. Search for an image in the photos library called "Empty Photo Studio with Lighting Equipment" 2. Magic grab the two studio lights so they can be separated into layers (you may only be able to grab the legs but this should work anyway) 3. Search for another image called "Office Desk Cutout" and place it behind the two lighting layers so it seems to be part of the image. 4. Crop your avatar so only the top-half is visible then place it on top of the table to it appears to be sitting in the chair. That is basically it! If you wanted to achieve the camera effect, search for an SLR camera cutout and place the original studio video over the LCD screen. Place a blurred out still image of the studio in the background so it appears to be filming live. I hope that all makes sense!!
This is an excellent stuff. I have never seen anyone using canva like this before.
