@ Durval Bustorff. The pianist certainly makes his presence felt. He is a good player and is very expressive and equally certainly adds to the whole. The pianoforte part is clearly important in this work; an insipid pianist would have left the lister with a feeling of wasted time in between entries of the violin. The pianist avoided this. The violinist has plenty of 'go' in her and is well able to take a more boisterous accompanist. I like the directness of them both.
