Let’s talk about the Frank Olivier oudTouch. After seeing a couple of reviews on it, I blind bought it and received it yesterday. Holy Ouds!!! 😵 This fragrance is insane!!! I never in million years would expected would it be that powerful, it totally took me by surprise. WOW! I have many challenging fragrances, but this one, I believe is the winner. It was a bit overwhelming (surprise factor) at the beginning, but I know it will grow on me. I also came across with Lolita Lempicka Homme on my local Farmacy and I bought it. I like it so much, it’s particular but very pleasant and easy to wear. I really enjoy your content brother. I love to wear particular fragrances no one else care about, but everyone becomes curious about. Way to go!
Got Oud Touch at Christmas. It's really cheap, reaching 15$ sometimes . The scent is beautiful, it lasts long as hell and it does project a lot. Amazing.

As someone whose aware of my addictive tendencies when it comes to my hobbies/collections I think I was smart by capping myself to just 10 bottles. I would love to know if ppl with bigger collections have multiple fragrances that are 75-90% similar in smell profile what reasons do they have for keeping both?

I personally try not to be redundant in terms of scent profiles when collecting fragrances. I like variety. I can tell you that you would not stop at 10. Everyone says their next will be their last. It just does not happen.

I've only found 3 so far that are "lifetime" repurchase. Since I'm a collector at heart I've had to follow the simple system of one in one out or I'd just become a hoarder 🤣😉.
There are many, many scents and few totally unique scents. I have about 4500 fragrances and some are perfect for me and some are perfect for me sometimes and some are perfectly composed but only referential. Some scents are I own are from various vintages. I am kind of a completist but I do have notes I avoid. If you want to avoid purchases and keep yourself to only ten bottles, I would sample the heck out of everything and keep notes. Figure out what makes a scent full bottle worthy and how you are going to break your collection down. You only have ten categories.

Great video. I know it's been a while since you posted it but it showed up in my feed today. I am waiting on delivery for Lempicka Homme, Trevor at TZ Fragrances turned me on to it. I just received Oud Touch last week and am waiting for a cooler day to really try it out. What I sprayed on my wrist two days in a row knocked me out. I don't have the Encre Noire you mentioned but do have the OG and Sport and both are fantastic. As for Habit Rouge, I have the original cologne version that is the first version from 1965 and the EDP (which I don't really like) but the vintage (gold cap) EDT is incredible. It's very similar to the cologne but civet was added to it, giving it a slightly skanky touch that is absolutely intoxicating. The vintage EDT is still available on eBay at a reasonable price, unlike so many other vintage favorites of mine that are astronomically priced. Again, great video!

Hey J.Cop.... Another great video! I acquired several of the fragrances reviewed in this video. First, I purchased RL Safari for my dad in the early to mid 2000's and he disliked it. In fact, it didn't even have an atomizer; it was a splash bottle. I bought it as a Xmas gift for my dad (recommended by GQ) and watched it collect dust on the shelf. Lol... Next, I purchased Oud Touch and Oud Vanille, in which, I enjoy them both. But I favor Oud Vanille more for the slightly sweet incense scent it projects. Lastly, I recently purchased Encre Noire A L'Extreme and I enjoy it, but I'm getting a "makeup scent" vibe from it as well. Thinking that it was just me, I ignored it until a more recent purchase of YSL M7 (which gives off a similar scent amongst its notes). I looked on fragantica and the note that they both share is Patchouli. Do you (or anyone else) get a makeup scent comparison with Patchouli?
I love my Cavalli Uomo and Habit Rouge EDT. Both belting for the money. The Cavalli was just under £20 for 100ml. Habit Rouge was about £35 for 100ml. I have the OG Encre Noire and the Sport versions. I also have the Lion Head version of Lalique Pour Homme which smells great but just doesn't last on my skin. Defo going to try Oud Touch in the near future.
Noooooo wayyy bro when you showed the old bottle style now I remember! When I bought a fragrance at a retail store they gave me this one with a deodorant in a small package size. I loved the smell because it is something very different even back then. God the memories. They definitely changed the bottle. Reformulated? Maybe. Back then it would last till 5 or 6 hours on me. And it was pretty strong. No beast mode but not a weak one either. Thank you for showing the older bottle bro.

In fact, it didn't even have an atomizer; it was a splash bottle. I bought it as a Xmas gift for my dad (recommended by GQ) and watched it collect dust on the shelf. Lol... Next, I purchased Oud Touch and Oud Vanille, in which, I enjoy them both. But I favor Oud Vanille more for the slightly sweet incense scent it projects. Lastly, I recently purchased Encre Noire A L'Extreme and I enjoy it, but I'm getting a "makeup scent" vibe from it as well. Thinking that it was just me, I ignored it until a more recent purchase of YSL M7 (which gives off a similar scent amongst its notes). I looked on fragantica and the note that they both share is Patchouli. Do you (or anyone else) get a makeup scent comparison with Patchouli?

I found an Oud Touch minus 1 spray for $15 wore twice, I didn’t love it on, sooooooooo strong, but got 3 compliments
I love my Cavalli Uomo and Habit Rouge EDT. Both belting for the money. The Cavalli was just under £20 for 100ml. Habit Rouge was about £35 for 100ml. I have the OG Encre Noire and the Sport versions. I also have the Lion Head version of Lalique Pour Homme which smells great but just doesn't last on my skin. Defo going to try Oud Touch in the near future.
Noooooo wayyy bro when you showed the old bottle style now I remember! When I bought a fragrance at a retail store they gave me this one with a deodorant in a small package size. I loved the smell because it is something very different even back then. God the memories. They definitely changed the bottle. Reformulated? Maybe. Back then it would last till 5 or 6 hours on me. And it was pretty strong. No beast mode but not a weak one either. Thank you for showing the older bottle bro.
