Finely rain comes to the Racine Area, At 4:00 AM (04:00) on June 18th, 2021, A Sever Thunderstorm hits Racine, Wisconsin with much needed rain.
Sorry for all the moving around, hard to hold a camera steady for around 30 minutes.
