Your socks are beautiful. Definitely a lot of grief stitched into them but it's an item that can bring you comfort and I think there is something symbolic to that 💜💜💜
It's so difficult to sometimes look at them and remember all the pain that was channeled into them, but you're right. One day they will bring comfort and if they stay a kind of symbol of pain, I will find a way to donate or gift them to someone who needs them and give them a new life.
Hi Rachel! It's very nice to see you everyday, even for a short time and even without any 'crafting'. For you question about the neutral for your sweater, I would go with a slightly darker brown then the darkest brown you have in your advent. Personally I would not go with a Black as it would be too dark (in my humble opinion, after that you are the one knitting it and wearing it at the end). Have fun decorating your new house! Big kisses to Luna :)
Hi Nadine! 💜💜 I wanted to thank you for the thread picker that you sent via Heike! I used it to pick out a lot of the stitches early on and it was super helpful. I agree with you that a super dark brown would work better than black, even though I don't think that it's difficult for me to knit with black yarn (yet). I appreciate you watching everyday!
Hi Rachel. You are making me want to get back into knitting. The socks are beautiful. We're they hard to make? I tried the form for the giveaway and it isn't working. Thank you.
Ooo I sure hope you can get back to knitting. It's so fun. The socks are the vanilla pattern by crazy sock lady here on RUclips and I just used her video to help me learn how to knit them on the dpns. Please try the form one more time here: forms.gle/64uwJz9apWfpEtV16 💜

Link doesn’t work. Says it is invalid.
Regarding the cardigan I would go with a burgundy
