Gina! I made them last night and it was just amazing I used only chicken and instead of serving separately I mixed the chicken in with the onions and sauce. But everything else was the same. Hubby loved it as well. Thank u honey

Peppers and onions are in a lot of good recipes. I love using them in my recipes. I like the way you teach us not to make them mushy which I used to do. lol I have never made fajitas before. WE hope that you all are doing well.

I cheat and use frozen peppers & onions, but yes, fresh is best. Fajitas is such a quick, delicious go- to ! I don't use the fajita mix- just some salsa !
