Simplify; then add lightness. The Elise is the last to live with that ethos. If all goes well I will be doing laps in mine at Watkins Glen later this month. One of Lotus' dominant stomping grounds.

First Lotus was amazing. 2nd Lotus was junk, except for Kimi.! He is a Champ.

I guess 'Junk' took 2 victories and led Both World Championships after Australia 2013. Kimi is absolutely Kimi, however Verstappen is currently showing a driver can only do so much.

The last Lotus raced in F1 in 1994. Disregarding the Malaysian effort from 2010 which became caterham. The team called Lotus 2012-2015 was a Renault. Both Malaysian and French "Loti" were Lotus in name only. Just like the current, appalling Chinese road cars with an MG badge. Absolutely nothing to do with Morris Garages.
