If Nightwing can't beat ONE street-level villain with no gun, that isn't particularly dangerous besides just being crazy, while he has BACKUP, dude just needs to hang it up for good. No wonder that THE ONLY THING BATMAN'S ALLYS EVER DO IN THIS GAME is get captured over, and over, and over. Its a miracle more of them haven't been Jason Todd-ed. Seriously, at the start of the game Selina is already captured. Then Oracle(understandable), and Nightwing, and Lucius(understandable), Jim Gordan, twice, and Robin, nearly twice since he's getting his ass kicked in the studios before Batman shows up. Then there's Jason himself of course. Moral of the story; this version of Batman really, realllyyyy sucks at training his allies. And, maybe because of that fact, Joker's kinda 100% right about him bringing allies into the field, they slow him down or get killed, get in the way, etc. The entire ending only has to happen because Scarecrow has Robin/Jim, who are untied and free to do anything they want against Crane armed only with a *checks notes* handgun the entire time they're all waiting around for Batman. You can only nerf the Batfamily so much before it just comes off as lazy ass writing/convolution. Luckily, they nailed a lot of really cool parts of the ending where you can almost forget that almost every single one of Bruce's allies are useless as shit

I wish tv shows, movies and video games would make red hood more serious. He was a kid who grew up in the slums stealing to eat and then grew up but got tortured and killed and brought back to life, never understood why they make his character in so comical
He was the best character other than nightwing himself in the new titan season, and he was pretty serious throughout the entire ordeal. I wouldnt say he's as accurate as the comics, but he was honestly a really good take.
