That’s a lovely meal,I make it the same way,no flour in the phoolourie,gluten free people here,I add a bit of tamarind or a few mango slices,

The dish certainly looks very much so.
Nothing like karhee, white rice and bussupshot. One of my childhood favorites in Trinidad 40-50 years ago, and I still request my mom to make this today.
