Thank you for all this information on mid-price hotels. I have just made a reservation at the Stay hotel for 22 days. Many thanks again. A French subscriber
I love this serie ' MID Priced Hotels in Central Pattaya'' i suggest , keep going. Showing the suite rooms is a premium to the vlog. 🙏 And surely a big thank you
Excellent Daz indeed this is what im looking for only 5 years old and has it all,I just wish all Hotels would have a bigger SmartTV 65inch would be great especially when having a rest in bed.Its good to see Superior Room & Suite etc please keep them coming long time Traveler to Thailand as we are locked out well till all the restrictions are lifted is a better time to travel indeed. Look forward to the next clip good to see a better upper range.
I wasn't going to reply to this comment cause the last thing i want is a going back and forth about this topic, but i have to Beg a Difference, as i mentioned in my comment, people (Guys in general) go to Pattaya for Bars and Girls and have a Great time with Both... Why spend more than $1100 usd a month on a place to stay if you can spend a lot less with the same Amenities??...as i stated before, if you're a guy with Deep Pockets than hey all the power to you but commend sense should override them Deep Pockets. The last thing you want to do is show any girl how money you have...Go look at his posted Video Title (Pattaya cost of living, Jomtien SHORT TERM condos at the prestigious Riviera Condominium)...Example of what I'm referring to...
I feel there're so many types of traveler that there's no one right answer. For some, they want to spend as little as possible on lodging. Seeing a hotel only as a place to sleep, shower and lock away belongings. I prefer mid price myself. I like a bit more comfort and amenities. My last trip i split time at Areca Lodge and a few nights at the Hilton. The Hilton is on the high end but as my holiday comes to a end, I just feel I should treat myself. My birthday is coming up and ill be doing the same, splitting time between the two, of course celebrating my birthday at Hilton. I like what "Everything Pattaya" said about spending 1 or 2 nights at an upscale hotel. Coming from the States, pricy for Thailand, it still feels like a bargain for the excess luxury. 👍
Thanks for your hotel price series video👍 very helpful for me, Looking forward to your videos about the mid-priced series can do a few more episodes, because arrived in Pattaya on the 4/20😀
I have stayed in this hotel a couple of times (2015/2016). I had 3 nights in the suite, and really recommend it. For 3,000 baht, it’s great value (better than the 5,000 baht that Page 10 charge. Swimming pool lacks shade and character, but otherwise the hotel is top class- much better than Page 10 (although I have not stayed there since the refurb). Breakfast buffet was excellent, and was included in the standard room price, which was (I think) around 1800 baht. Thanks for all your excellent videos.
Thanks for continuing the Mid-Price series Daz, very informative. I would also be interested in seeing a few episodes of the higher priced accommodation if convenient for you - perhaps something along the lines of The Elysium? Cheers
The Stay Hotel seemed to be brighter coloured and more spacious rooms but without the sound doors on the balcony but they did have the curved shaped balcony which gives more balcony room . The pool area seemed bigger than Page 10 hotel . Your right they are very similar hotels the stay and the page 10 . I think the page 10 suites were better . But the page 10 hotel seems to be a darker lit hotel inside . Great job Daz !
Nice video of Stay Hotel. I liked the general feel of the hotel. I especially liked the hostess who showed you the rooms. While many Asian women speak in a high-pitched voice, this hostess has a very pleasant voice for my ears. I found her accent very charming. This "rady" showed you the fitness room on the 8th "froor" and the pool on the 9th "froor." As for the rooms, I think I might rent one of the suites as a special event for a night to impress a "working" girl for the night's activities. But for day-to-day living I would probably opt for a less expensive priced room with a kitchenette so I could cook most evening meals for myself consisting of vegetables. As a much younger man i was significantly more active, amorously speaking. Whereas now, in my 80s, I am active about twice a week and no more than that. Plus there are always massage shops with happy endings which is less expensive. Thanks again for your excellent guidance and attention to details. One question : For a hotel room, is a client allowed to bring in a 1 or 2 burner cook top? Or is that not allowed?
Good video on mid price hotel - i must admit i have not heard of page 10 and stay .(i always stay on soi lengkee).but i would definitely consider these as they are not much further out and are much higher quality. And i like you are showing different priced/rated rooms even if its not my normal level ,it shows me whats out there /available. Thanks .i like this series .
Liked the superior room best .it was reasonable priced .maybe your an anti smoker but could you ask at these hotels if you can smoke on the balconies .most hotels nowadays say no smoking in the rooms .enjoyed the video as usual .just about to make you my first ever subscription .hope you keep up the good work .
Great video. I enjoyed the other two in this series too. My favourite hotel is the April Suites. Great price, modern, excellent service, and quiet. It's close to the far end of Soi Buakhao. Not convenient for Walking Street (which l don't like anyway -- too loud and crazy for me). Check it out if you're planning your trip.
Hi. I saw a clip you made a year ago, and I cant find it. It was a big, old hotel opposite foodland on pattaya klang. I liked it but I cant find the clip. Do you know wich hotel I mean? Can you give me the link?
Would it be possible in your presentations to ask how deep the swimming pools are. I look for a condo / hotel with a 2 m deep pool So far i know only Jomtien Beach Condominium has a pool deep enough to actually submerge inside the pool instead of just walking around in the pool. That would be very much appreciated. I always stay 3 month
I think the carpet on the hallway is a good touch. There is nothing worse than hearing high heels marching up and down the hallway all night long. On a added note I think booking through agoda or other sites might offer better rates. As hotel rack daily rates are higher most of the time.
Daz just tried to book and contact still saying not open still cannot get a price for April or May or any month on there web site wish they would get there act together.
Great videos... I like the rooms, but if I want to stay for 3 months, then wouldn't renting a condo make more sense... and would you recommend booking at home in advance or just book when I arrive...?
Could you mention what the price would be during high season as compared to low season, it will help in budgeting for the trip in December, I realize the budget will likely get thrown out the window by the third week but it would be good to know the fixed costs, As usual thanks Daz for your efforts.
You would have to be crazy to pay 1500 baht per day or 1200 baht per day for a month. You could have paid that before Covid. They have no breakfast. Refuse to pay more than 750 baht per day.

Nice video Daz haven't been there since the end of 2019 so when I do get myself back out there I might splash out on a suite rather than a room.

he he , most Thai ladies are more 'impressed' if you take the small room and pay them a little extra instead of the hotel.
When Hotels call the room Superior, it means Standard. Just sounds better (like calling a small condom Regular 5555)
36,000 baht is great, but when Thailand finally opens up those prices will vanish
I stayed there When they first opened. I think they had a few teething problems back then and they came across as money orientated.
36 k for a month for a deluxe room that is ordinary at best ! You forgot to ask about three some rates !
