If only we could time travel and bring back with us the trains, cars, morals, patriotism, and (especially) prices from a better time, while retaining our computers, Nintendo, etc.
I have to ask....what kind of setup are you using comouter-wise for those silky smooth graphics? I have a dell that has a CPU clocked at just under 3 GHz. I wish my steamers had the quality yours do. I live your locomotives but can't get any because moneys tight.
That is the doghouse. That is where then brakeman sits while the train is running. The engines cab was small so there wasn't much room for him to hang out. Plus in the doghouse, the brakeman has access to a radio
Awesome! I always liked small little spaces to hang out! Btw while I have your attention, this video is incredible. I've watched it so many times and love it so much. Whenever my head loses the sound of the whistle of the PRR M1b, I directly watch this video. P.S. I LOVE it when the camera shakes as a train speeds by. Endless thumbs up!!!
Is there anywhere I can get a good Pennsylvania Railroad map for Trainz specifically Trainz: ANE or Trainz19 I would build one but my skills lack a lot
You're telling me that an M1B can pull a freight train that long, and yet a PRR J1 pulled only 32 cars? Not complaining, but that's just something I've noticed.
Victor Cyunczyk it comes with the exact whistle heard in the video. Unless you downloaded someone else’s rip off models that tend to use my kid numbers trying to impersonate me, which happens often.
Thanks, also what is the kuid for the D16sb whistle? I am having problems with your whistles in Trainz: A New Era, as the audio breaks about 2 seconds in.
Alot of the whistles need to be updated. They worked better in the older games, but now the newer games seems to have issues with the whistles if the parts arent timed differently. kuid:68926:122307
There is one surviving M1b at the PRR Railroad Museum in Strasburg and it's 6755. It's cool to know one of these engines survive.
Yes but it’s in crap condition
@@mratsfrailfan1894 yeah.
They’re restoring it for one of 5 engines for the roundhouse
@@evanyacka Ok.

You sound just like me
minus the cars
I say it can be done! it just has to start with us 🙂🚂
Engine has Alpha Running Numbers...you can pick whatever number you want...
I had a second track with a train on it, i was in the cab of that train pacing the one on the first track.
Earthquake effect in the video editing software
Very nicely put together. Good vid!
Nice one Steve!!!!!!
thanks,
William
not a route....a few baseboards with the scene laid out just for the video....it's pretty stupid looking unless your at the exact camera angle i used
I hope it gets updated, like the PRR L1 and the K4, and so does the J1 and the SP MT-4!
I agree
2:32: Offscreen L1 whistle.
3:32: Offscreen K4 whistle.
Is the view when you look like your a trick cashing the loco part o the can view when you press [ or ]?
Hey Mr. Lerro, have you though about doing a PRR Q1 or S2? Those would be really cool in Trainz.
+Gerald Mcginley Check the projects page on www.KLtrainz.com.....something close a to Q1 is on there
I’m buckling up.
I would highly recommend an SP Daylight GS series locomotive!
+Wurlitzer 153 Already done by some dude
i cant wait for the class I1sa
What Station is that supposed to be at 2: 11?
Why have I still not downloaded this?
What was that whistle in the background starting at 2:32?
The would be the PRR L1
The one that sped by the doubleheaders?
At 2:32 as you mentioned, that is the PRR L1, at 3:32, that is the PRR K4.
oooohhhhh.....that makes sense since they were different whistles.....wait, wasn't there 3 different whistles?
K&L Trainz hey how can I get the route
I have to ask....what kind of setup are you using comouter-wise for those silky smooth graphics? I have a dell that has a CPU clocked at just under 3 GHz. I wish my steamers had the quality yours do. I live your locomotives but can't get any because moneys tight.
I run TrainzMac and use a 15" macbook pro retina...2.6ghz i7, 8gb DDR3 ram
I have to ask...would you ever consider doing any kind of freeware PRR locos? Kind of as a demo almost?
I will recommend you to work on the great Erie Triplex! :D
I'd love to see that if K&L can do that. The Erie Triplex were very interesting.
You would have to commission K&L for the Triplex
And what was that little cab thing on the back of the tender for? I saw someone inside of it.
That is the doghouse. That is where then brakeman sits while the train is running. The engines cab was small so there wasn't much room for him to hang out. Plus in the doghouse, the brakeman has access to a radio

needs more roadnumbers
What's the whistle chime? It's my favorite whistle and I would love to know it
Standard PRR 3 chime
Thank you so much!
It sounds different on other engines. Will it only sound like this if it is on a mountain class?
They sound different because he used different recordings.
How do you blow the other locomotive's whistle without having to click on it first?
its a whistle trigger is in the dls

Maybe t1 or a q1 engine next mainly the per duplex and turbine engines would be nice
I hope it works on TANE SP4
Is it available for T:ANE?
It is. Everything on my site except for the New Haven 2-8-0 is compatible with TANE.
Ah thank you. You should really try to make the Q2.

Where I can get the route in this video?
It's not really a route, just a bunch of scenes from baseboard layouts
Incoming!
Hey Steve what is this route and where can I get it?
He makes scenes for his promos. So he will not be releasing the routes on the DLS or his website.
Where did you get the map
I think it’s coal country
I just bought this engine, but it has a different whistle than the one on this promo. What's the whistle you used here?
Victor Cyunczyk it comes with the exact whistle heard in the video. Unless you downloaded someone else’s rip off models that tend to use my kid numbers trying to impersonate me, which happens often.
I downloaded it from your site. Maybe there was an installation problem. What's the name of the whistle asset?

A better brakman, and black and white, and white and this would be just about convincing as real!
Is That From 1940’s Pennsylvania Railroad
What’s the difference between J1 and M1b?
