My experience. Egg is not good for RA. May be twice a week. Big no for coffee . Big no.
Omit sugar . Yes , doctor told the same.
Eat less . Buf make sure you eat productive meal. Meal which is rich in fiber . Top of all avoid food which gives u gas , constipation.
Stay healthy
Regular walk
Stay happy
