I like this Teams function. It allows different parts of your life to be separated. You may have different jobs and want them separated as well. The challenge is that each Teams costs money and unless you are a bigger business, it will get expensive. You have to see this as a profit center for Todoist.

It is nice. Although the new project view does nicely list your projects now too.

Backed away from using this as you can't move tasks from a team back to your own projects, and you can't see an overview of tasks in the projects within a team (I know you can create a filter, would be nice not to have to for this as it feels like it should be possible without as it used to!)

Thanks Carl, great review of this new feature 🤩 I am just playing with it as well - only caveat would be that the license owner for the business version have to pay for all included users or did I miss that free users could be included as well ???

I believe free users can be added to a team project.

I love the look of todoist, but not being able to share individual tasks has always been deal breaker for me.

Do you mean you need to allow an individual access to a project before you can assign a task?

Hi Carl. Actually I meant that you can only share a whole project and therefore all its tasks. ie sometimes I only need/want to share one task in a project. I don’t necessarily want a junior staff member to have access to an entire project.
