High Performance Imports v4 - part 4 - Street Drift and Sekia Hills

Part four of HPIv4 is a some street drift in the rain at Saga in Kyushu, followed by a drift event at Sekia Hills, also in Kyushu.
The High Performance Imports DVD series was produced by Ben Ellis, first at Express Publications and later at Otomoto. This fourth edition was originally released on VHS in 2003, then re-released on DVD the same year. At the time English-language videos about the Japanese tuning scene were very scarce, but drag racing and drifting were approaching their peak. A lot of the JDM trends you see today actually started around this time.
