Fair comment. Close up you need railings but from average viewing distances I can't tell. I'm doing a bit of photo etch practice though as the next ship will have them.
@DarkStarProjects-hw2hn I know they can be daunting. I've attempted them for the first time recently on 1/700 scale Rodney. Went at the same time better and worse than expected. Better, because I found actually quite a bit sturdier than expected after being glued on, worse, because for a brush painter like me it is exceptionally hard to not have the paint clogging between the railings rungs (I did spray the PE fret using a rattle can paint, but had to do some retouching with brushes). I think both of these issues of mine should be fairly easily mitigated with 1/350 kit ans using an airbrush.
Está muy bien,sigue el rigor histórico y eso ,pero y los hidroaviones el King George llevaba varios, donde lleva las barcas esas grúas estaban diseñadas para subir los hidro aviones no solo en el King George en otros buques de la Royal Navy .Llevan esas grúas en el centro del barco o parecidas ,eran no solo para subir cargas ,para los hidro aviones además el barco ahí llevaba un angar y unas guias en la cubierta para mover los aviones o otras cargas....👌🇪🇦
I think you are saying the model lacks accuracy and I agree it does but I was pleased when I found the kit in my loft. I'd forgotten I'd purchased it back in the 1990's. It builds into a reasonable representation of a battleship and sits nicely alongside the Tamiya Bismarck I built previously.
