Those additions to Airship Fortress makes it even better! Having obstacles in the tower and a shortcut at the end makes those longer parts more interesting than before.
Thanks! I'm happy to hear that the additions I made were for the better, I was thinking how to improve the final section of the track to make it even more engaging, but I also made one identical to the original and I'm glad most people prefer the one with all the new stuff.

@@josedasilva5586 I also agree. No fire bar that makes accessing the shrotcut harder, no moving wheel as a platform that makes falling to the long pat too easy and the moving platforms are totally skipped.
Figure 8 circuit looks so good with Mario kart tour style it’s so cartoony and graphics is great

Honestly Desert Hills would have been more interesting than DD Dry Dry Desert. Also I feel like people miss the point that Peachette was probably an extra bonus for owning the BCP still seeing ROB would have been a better callback

It would be funny if you also showed Dokan_Course but instead of using ROB, you could use E. Gadd since he was a scrapped character for mkds and never returned in any later game

Every time I watch one of your "All X Tracks Recreated in MK8" videos it just makes me more and more dissapointed even with the BCP we only got ONE Bowsers Castle retro track in 8
When Nintendo ends up making Mario Kart 9 for their next console they should add a Bowser Shell cup that's made up ENTIRELY of Bowsers Castle tracks to make up for it

There should be a Mario Kart 8 Deluxe mod that features every track from every Mario Kart, consisting of both tracks featured in the game and the most popular fan created retro tracks. With features such as: enhancements for tracks already featured in the Booster Pass and maybe bass game, different music arrangements for each track with the same song (e.g. Luigi Raceway having the original N64 song, Royal Raceway having the Mario Kart 8 remix, Mario Raceway having a popular fan remix and Wario Stadium having a fan remix made for the track.) better optimization for power-ups, more options for online multiplayer matches, added improvements and features for battle mode and more options for custom races and events in vs. mode. It won't be an easy project to make, but with enough motivation, effort and support, it might be doable over some time.

I feel that, the game is also infested with MK Tour tracks, how on earth does a track like Paris Promenade or frickin London Loop get picked over Airship Fortress is anyones guess.

The Mansion was surpsringly atmosphereic, first I had the impression it is a bit empty, but soon it felt like being lost in a forest maze.

I would kill to have R.O.B. again in Mario Kart
I'm not a fan of the Bowser Castle remake here. The thwomps don't move, the rotating floor doesn't rotate (and is missing those two burners) and worst of all, there's no spinning bridge. Those last two were like the main attraction of the track, and omitting them definitely brings it down quite a bit from the original.
On the contrary, the Airship Fortress remake is easily the best. There's so much attention to detail, like the cannon fire when you shoot out of the cannon, the goombas next to the spiral tower, the Bowser statues in the spiral tower, and much more. I'm willing to accept the replacement of the Bullet Bills with normal cannonballs, but the lava geysers replacing the burners is much more weird, since Bowser doesn't typically use lava in his mostly wooden airships. But it's still by far the best one, no question about it,

DS bowsers castle is the only disappointing remake here, a combination of being generic and getting rid of the main attraction to this track make that one not great. The rest, especially desert hills are great though
