FAMILY OF TWO (Grand Media Conference) ||

"Inside Showbiz with Aster Amoyo" recently graced the grand media conference of Cineko Production's latest offering titled, "Family of Two ( A Mother & Son Story)" at the Novotel in Araneta City, Cubao. An official entry to the 49th Metro Manila Film Festival, it is top-billed by Megastar Sharon Cuneta and Asia's Multi-Media Star Alden Richards under the direction of Nuel Crisostomo Naval. Other members of the cast who were also in attendance were Miles Ocampo, Jackie lou Blanco and Pepe Herrera. They described their respective roles. Mega is very proud with her participation to the project, saying that it is God-given and is something that viewers should watch. For one, the plot is very relatable. It's going back to the basics to what really matters in life---the people you really love the most. According to Sharon, she missed doing potboilers as wholesome and heartwarming as her latest starrer. On his part, Alden expressed his gratitude for having given the chance to work with the Megastar whom he fondly calls "Mom" because of their strong bonding while doing the movie. He stated that it was a dream-come-true for him. Sharon said that doing the project with Alden is one of the happiest experiences in her working life as she cited his humility, commendable acting skills and arresting presence on screen. The two leads know that they have a good film. That its beauty lies in its simplicity. Direk Nuel and writer Mel del Rosario were all praises for Sharon and Alden because of their strong on screen chemistry. This early, it is predicted that the film will be one of the top-grossers and front-runners come awards night.
