Yearning for the ancients and perhaps lost knowledge all inspired by the awe of geometry within natural rock formations is part of human imagination. Thank you for sharing your imagination from this beautiful landscape. It certainly appears to have inspired some ancient stonemasons judging by the occasional wedge holes.
for me it is not that important who or when put up those stones, for sure I was not present at these times and therefore it is a pleasure made by you to invite us to getting to know the structure of Katzenstein. Lovely stones and I saw at least one image of a black cat. The funny lay out or outlook of the real big stones looks pretty familiar. Sooooo many amazing spots spread over our wonderful planet carrying a lot of misterious content for us to discover and let be enchanted. Thank you very much - Crissy
Mostly natural, there are some spots that are man made and there looks to be some art around. I'd want to take a closer look to see all the carving that the average eyes misses.
could be. I describe large arranged stones, more or less worked, as megaliths in a general way and without any scientific claim. However, I am happy to learn more and the one or other viewer certainly will too
Judging by your videos I think you probably just found the remnants of a very ancient culture/civilization that has lived in the black forest territories. These huge blocks seem to have been swept away with great force and lying there since being covered by terrain, musk and hiding in the forest. The question is how old should they be to have become so deformed and scattered? I myself am a volounteer of the Creative Society project and we support the scientific hypothesis that climate change is cyclical and it occurs about every 12,000 due to cosmological and geodynamic processes leading to milder or graver disasters and changes on the surface of our planet. I suggest anyone who's interested to watch the forum "Global Crisis - There is a way out". With that said, probably, our model of climate change opens up to the possibility of having older civilizations having lived on this planet. And of course the thought-police is going to say that these are heretical claims and we are all clowns even to entertain the thought of it, but hey, not everybody understands what enthusiasm is and why often sometimes genuine passion and open-mindedness beat pragmatism as driving motives for new discovery. Thanks for sharing!
Ich dachte in Germany gibt es so etwas nicht,

Thanks for sharing! This looks a lot like the woods in the Fichtelgebirge, although the boulders are have more rounded edges.

It‘s a natural eroded sandstone cliff formation. Been there several times.

It looked like a smaller cavity. Difficult to say if it goes any further as I didn't crawl in
