I love how Dark Cacao & Mystic Flour (kinda?) represents Yin Yang. Dark Cacao being the white half-meaning "in kindness, there's evil", and Mystic Flour being the black half-meaning "In evil, there's kindness". But despite how evil her deeds are, her wishes are very good. She wishes for for every single wish that every cookie has to be granted. The reason behind Mystic Flour turning into a Beast is probably because too many cookies asks far too much from her which causes her to burn out from granting wishes(explained in the 3rd episode of Beast-Yeast), which is actually reasonable(and relatable for me).
