Phil, sorry for bothering you once again, but can you please let me know which is the song that starts at 9:41 as well? It's awesome. Would you allow me to use it in something that I want to do for a car meetup on another server? It would end up heavily inspired by your video, but I'll credit you for the idea!
All good, no worries! To answer your other question. I use NVE for graphics, that's about it The song is MaikonMusic - Be Number One ruclips.net/video/VGTrc3uNqq4/видео.html
You and Travis inspired me to create my first ever GTA video and I can't thank you enough for that. I've watched your videos so many times, and seeing this unfinished project blows my mind as well. You had an amazing idea in mind, great job on everything done with it so far! I have one question because in the future I'd like to create more as well. Do you create those all in single player and remake the characters there, or do you guys organize something and actually record this in FiveM (if not, how come I see you using some custom models and stuff from the server itself, which to my knowledge are not publicly available)? The scene editor seems super painful for me to work with if I want to do something like two guys walking towards one another and then hugging. I definitely have to cut it in a way that it doesn't show how choppy the animation between the two actors connects. And doing car chases with that feels even more painful. Do you have any tips regarding that? And what if you use certain scenarios which involve multiple people, how can you make sure they all sit where they're supposed to? Is it trial and error or do you move and place them around with something like Menyoo? When it comes to the races and chases, do you create a scene in which you drive one of the cars and then hop into the other one and set the scene to active, chasing it with the other one and recording? Thanks a lot and best of luck, chief. I can't wait to see what you're cooking next! Edit: By the way, your voice is absolutely amazing!
Thank you! I do everything in singleplayer. When it comes to custom models and clothing, I just ask if I can have and use them for videos. Sometimes I get them, sometimes I don't. A certain level of trust comes with that ofcourse. The rest is like you said, trial and error. Hours of work goes into placing characters where they are supposed to be. It's just the way it is, GTA doesn't have a fantastic world editor. Animations aren't my strong point and I need to work on those. The car chases are nothing but experience and mucking around until everything works the way it should (or looks good enough) And yes. It's just like you said for chase scenes. The AI trying to follow your lines isn't great but does its best. Drifting is absolutely out of the question for scene director tho.
@@Philippopoulos Woah, thank you so much for taking your time to answer to all my questions. It's been so nice to learn all these from you. But indeed, making a great video it's an absolute pain and time consuming. Two small questions that popped up afterwards: Do you use any graphics mods and stuff like that? And I beg you, you must tell us what's the song that starts at 9:41! I've been trying to find it ever since I first heard it and I couldn't. Shazam was of no help either so you are my last hope!
While I'm sad this was cancelled, thank you for sharing all the work that went into this. it is truly impressive.
