Borniak 150 smoker unboxing

The Borniak 150 is a large electric smoker, it has an electric element for the heat and gets up to 150c the smoking wood chips are loaded into a hopper on the side and an auger pushes them onto a smoker plate.
It's a very well designed and built electric smoke made from high quality stainless steel and quality fittings.
It went together very easily, and could be used quickly once seasoned.

It is stunning smoker I have the same and using for all ma charcuterie through all year. It keep the temperature very steady even in cold weather no problem. Just watch out for wood chips in the feeder they do like catch on small fire in the box and stop creating the smoke and with litle flame it will rise your temeprature as well. Over all stunning kit
