Rustbucket reef limit can be on 98.9km because on that distance it's very glitchy and it will run on 5-10 fps. This spot contains hard structures and hills. Rally could in theory steal wr in desert, it’s because rally isn’t affected as much as cc ev in long distances
its pretty much the same effect on every vehicle once you reach 65/133 km
I believe that beach is the closest to the 3rd 100km because of its flatness
