Very easy, fluffy cake with beetroot and chocolate

A very simple recipe for an easy and tasty fluffy cake with beetroot and chocolate.

Ingredients:
3 eggs (L)
150g butter or margarine
200g boiled or baked beets
20g cocoa or dark chocolate
200g wheat flour
150g of sugar
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1 flat teaspoon of baking powder and a pinch of salt
100g of chocolate
2 tablespoons of milk
