this needs an update for 2019, to add the skill of finding a new career. Now there are autonomous databases that use Machine Learning for tuning, etc, this will be no need for DBA's anymore. Even Oracle is telling DBA's to "pivot" and focus on becoming a Data Architect instead of being a DBA. Yea good luck with that. The amount of data architects in the world is a very small percentage of the total amount of DBAs.
I love listening to all your videos. But some presenters (like in this video) use such a crappy mics that it hurts my head listening. Its not like 500$... you can get decent mics for 50 - 80$. Jezus Christ.
I was thinking the exact same thing going through this video just now. The information is golden. Spot on, really good. No complaints there. But, and this is a big one. The audio quality is terrible. It is literally painfull to listen to.
