I like the “tick tick tick” sounds in the background. It sounds like a grandfather clock or a baseboard heater element coming on. Very comforting 🫂
This is an interesting asmr. It's totally different, and educational. My energy levels are to high, so I can't take B12 supplements. I would be up for days. You are the best.

Do you have pernicious anemia? My step daughter has that and has to do the injections as well.
I have B-12 deficiency anemia
