Jojoba oil is fantastic for the scalp. Molecularly, it closely resembles our own sebum and absorbs wonderfully! Marula or Sweet Almond are fantastic too.

See i cook with olive oil but to each their own 😂 I use coconut oil for my scalp though

I try avoiding any major decisions until I get over any sort of chronic illness, because it can alter perspective just because we feel bad from the illness. However, the existence of that illness, I think, is our body’s way of telling us something is wrong. I hope you can make educated, thoughtful decisions as you plan your future, as I try to do the same myself during this universal time of self reflection and goal setting. ❤
