I could watch Chad and Erin all day-their attitudes are incredible and the joy and gratitude that they show (even when they are exhausted) is just a beautiful display of the love and light of Jesus. My husband was very like Chad, my nickname for him was Treasure, bc he truly was to me. Gentle, soft spoken, tender hearted, strong & so loving. I lost him after 44 years of having him, & the memories are my treasure now. Our firstborn was a month early, emergency C-section. Bc of complications I wasn't conscious for a day, and he barely held the baby in that time, bc he was afraid that little 5 lb 5 oz 17 inch preemie would break. I was so scared he would lose weight like all babies do, & we'd have to leave him at the hospital once he was under 5 lbs. We prayed, & my baby never lost one ounce! God is so faithful. It appears William may do so well he surprises everyone too. Nothing is sweeter than a newborn! ❤
My husband and I had our 4th baby, a 26-week preemie (2lb 4oz) on our 5th anniversary. His wrist ID band fit my wedding ring finger perfect, and his ankle ID band fit my husband's wedding ring finger perfect... those bands were more precious than any diamond ring. He's a healthy, happy 26 year old now. Praise the Lord. Congratulations to you and your family. It's so cool once they get wireless, lol. What an amazing blessing. Oh my goodness, Erin! When you held him after you got him dressed for the first time, that had to be the sweetest thing. All was well when he felt his Mommy’s love and touch. My baby is 17 now but I still love that feeling of his hugs and our embrace. God is so awesome how He gives us Moms such a beautiful gift. Congratulations to y’all and your beautiful lil family.

Michaela is amazing and such a blessing as a sister! I am the Michaela in my family. Mom and Tori.. family is the best! Erin you have the magic hands for patting a baby’s back that makes them feel loved and protected!! My mom passed suddenly in March 2018 and after getting home put dad in hospital next day. He passed 3 weeks to the day of mom’s passing. My Aunt Gail worked in the hospital where dad was before we brought him home for 1 last night in the house he built before going home to our Lord. My aunt just rubbed and patted my back just like you did with William and that gave me peace and strength just from that simple, strong gesture. Chad, you rock as a dad! Keep on rocking!

Erin you are such a trooper. I can’t imagine having 6 babies in 10 years. I had 2 children 15 months apart and I knew I couldn’t do it again. That was before epidurals too so maybe if that was available lol.. anyway we were blessed with a girl and a boy so we felt complete.
