probably the best part about these setups is that they can be considered “meta” nowadays with all of the reworks and niche bonuses that they give. love this video, it’s a classic.

Funny enough, the M231 - called the M231 Firing Port Weapon - was designed for use with the firing ports on the Bradley Infantry Fighting Vehicle during Desert Storm. The Bradley had been designed with firing ports, but it was found the full size M16 rifle issued to infantry was much too long for use with the ports.
That there gun was never, _ever,_ designed to use a 6x Scope, a Vertical Foregrip, or _any_ of those attachments on it. I have no idea why they would _ever_ include that gun in the game, considering the fact it's essentially a turret gun.

The m9 is actually a decent weapon, the only thing is its hard to use scopes with it.

tec attach should be replaced with muzzle brake.

aws is terrible because its drop is a lot compared to other snipers all other snipers except the aws have the same drop so it can really mess up your groove secondly tec 9's recoil is insanely high and then you put a suppressor on it which increases that recoil and reduces damage

The m231 is actually a very powerful gun. You just have to be able to manage the recoil. I recommend using it on maps where you know you will have a lot of close range encounters, like metro.
The worst gun is a disliker to remainings.

this might sound a little late but try using the M3A1 it's the second slowest auto in the game (aside from the AA12) however it packs a punch at a close range, so you should use the VCOG 6x scope
He still did quite well despite using "bad" weapons with bad setups because....
