It's good to hear what we all actually felt was happening was really happening. For there to be so many pairs of L&F''s but no one had any on release day was ridiculous. I don't miss the days of fighting bots and resellers for shoes.
It’s low level at 2-4 pairs. When you start getting into size runs it becomes more organized and structured. It becomes a business. It’s by no means easy at that level.
Back in the day when I used to work in the mall, I got real cool with most of the managers that worked in the shoe stores. I would get hooked up all the time. One of the dopest situations I had was this one guy at Footlocker, dude was mad chill. He would text me from time to time to let me know what shipments they got in. Any Jordan release I would get 2-3 weeks in advance and only pay $100 cash for each pair. Anything else would be cheaper but yeah I wasn't missing out on nothing back then lol. I miss those days, that's before the resellers took over and ruined sneaker culture...
That’s a big Fact bro , back in the day the most I paid over on a shoe was 100$ . And the shoe was always at least a month or more early at the moment n pop shop , the resell culture now with all the lil white kids doing it messed it all up 🤦🏾♂️🤦🏾♂️
How? E wry good shoe has been pretty hard except the gratitudes. The only stuff sitting , is dhit nobody wants and I’m not a reseller. I will only buy or attempt to buy something I’m gonna wear or collect.
Not only did the resellers kill it but also thank Nike for jacking up the prices on shoes and mass producing and flooding the market with overpriced overrated and horrible quality products resulting in massive price decreases in the resellers market 😂😂 I personally cannot stand these greedy resellers with their ridiculous prices they come up with because they are nothing but attention seeking dick riding hypebeast
I hit on a pair of cherries and it was the only size 13. The manager told me with a straight face that if her son wanted them then i wouldn't have gotten that pair smh
This was so interesting to watch! 😮 I mean fair play risking their job, isn’t something I’d do, I’d just be happy getting a pair of every shoe 😂😂 the vault site sounds amazing though 👀 might have to start working there 😅
Backdooring happens all the time i worked at champs and was cool with managers at shoe palace as well they all be backdooring which sucks cuz only resellers get them instead of people who actually wannna wear them
That’s cap because people only want the hype shoes there’s plenty of shoes that’s sitting in stores that are nice or go for like retail but since resell isn’t high people don’t like it lol
It’s so common for back doors in sneaker stores. It the employees doing it the most and most of the time. The employees justify it because they are not getting paid well and have to put so much work for minimum wage.
Finally something different from Sneakers content and not what pair came out, which is going too, how much is going to be resale value etc..Nice job mate, I had to subscribe to your YT channel, keep the good work 👏 🙌 👍
Just curious if anyone knows. At Nike stores, when someone returns a shoe, are the employees allowed to claim the shoe right away? I was behind someone in line recently who returned an SB and I was the next one to the register. I asked about it, and the employee said another employee is taking them.
Shoe palace managers and Nike store managers are the worst at least footlocker has to raffle most pairs I remember when the lost and founds released the shoe palace manager backdoored over 150 men’s pairs and over 80 GS pairs and at Nike San Francisco they were backdooring everything in the pandemic I remember going there daily cause I worked close by and I had Nike monitors and every time i went in they never had any of the shoes that said were in stock on my monitors
So he asks would you recomend backdooring to other people and he pretty much says if you can get away with it..ugh..what a creep ..no morals..probably end up in jail
In all honesty, the first dude said it best, I can't blame bruv for taking advantage of working at a shoe store where wage is already low and there's only so few ways to really live off so reselling shoes becomes an easy dig because you literally have the entire access to it and fortunately enough it happens to be where you're employed, I know how it goes, it sucks for the consumer but the argument alone is, can't beat em, then join em, if you want the same chance for the access, then go get a job there and flip shoes, simple economics😂 people gotta eat, and I understand it's just part of the industry, it's the fashion industry in general that has its backdoor employees, it's almost an inevitable part of the business, minimum wage jobs are not enough to live off, sell drugs or sell shoes and apparel and whatever you can if you're not already wealthy, get it where you can, that's life

I got mine on release day.
Backdooring is the main reason Nike want to do the direct to consumers model.
They don’t give a shit about it. It doesn’t affect their profit margins as the shoes are sold at retail one way or another.
No Nike wants to cut out most retailers so they can gain more profit
Man fuck nike I need the bag!
@@xmistaxcashxcollspoken like a true unemployed
Nike don’t care about backdooring at all (example Marcus jordan) direct to consumer is more profits.
So basically Nike is allowing this to happen because it's cheaper paying employees in merchandise than cash.
Dope video. So funny how there’s so much mystery behind this, it’s the most obvious low level hustle ever 😂😂😂

Shoes weren’t shit before resellers. And collectors paid more for vintage not resellers
Would love for this to be a series. I think it would help many people
Timmies like these killed the sneaker game. Thank you!! 🤡 now everything goes for retail or less lmao
The fart at 18:19 had me dying 💀🤣
I'm glad that stuff is sitting... I been able to get almost every shoe that I wanted lately
How? E wry good shoe has been pretty hard except the gratitudes. The only stuff sitting , is dhit nobody wants and I’m not a reseller. I will only buy or attempt to buy something I’m gonna wear or collect.
Super interesting! Saw it when it was first uploaded. Keep up the good work!
🤝🖤
I’m glad resellers killed the sneaker game. Now everything is sitting and going for retail. It’s a good time to be a sneakerhead😁
Except now retail price is where resell was at prior. lol
Nike solves the problem by making unlimited quality
This is why Nike is reducing how many Jordans they send to Footlocker, champs, Finishline
Shoutout to those that are able to live day to day without fear because they don’t work at a shoe store and backdoor shoes.
Fear of what lol
ur nuts if you think they live in fear. they literally dont care jobs at shoe stores ain't payin like that
They fear going brokeee of that 9-5 job so they willing to do whatever 😅😂 🤡
I hit on a pair of cherries and it was the only size 13. The manager told me with a straight face that if her son wanted them then i wouldn't have gotten that pair smh

I have a simple easy answer for all this. Nike should just do all online preorders so everyone that wanted the shoe, can be happy.
Bro had to reupload after he noticed that he showed the first guy’s face accidentally 🤣
🤫😂😂
Got a screenshot 😭
@@jjleon4866share it lol
This is a great content for the sneaker community thx for doing this
Whoa. Super interesting video. I don’t think anyone has ever made something like this 🔥 🔥 🔥
As a ex employee of NIKE all these stories are fairly true.
Great vids bro, learning a lot from them!!
The guy from the Nike store sounded like he was making everything he said up. Nothing he said sounded genuine.
"i walked out with my JD shirt"
nobody said this dude was intelligent lmfao
This was a GREAT video! Hopefully you can do a part two some time
It’s so common for back doors in sneaker stores. It the employees doing it the most and most of the time. The employees justify it because they are not getting paid well and have to put so much work for minimum wage.
U gotta find bestbuy or walmart employees that did this during the xbox ps5 drop
every shoe store employe or manger has been involve in some type back door reselling
Another banger I watched this before I watched the making $1000 from $0 and let's just say it brought back some memories LOL
Very eye opening to hear these.
Would have been cool if they wore the anonymous mask from Vice. Lol
Finally something different from Sneakers content and not what pair came out, which is going too, how much is going to be resale value etc..Nice job mate, I had to subscribe to your YT channel, keep the good work 👏 🙌 👍
Good video about this hustle.👍🏼
I remember a Friend Of mine Backdoored 3 Pair of shoes by Pretending to throw out the trash lol
Just curious if anyone knows. At Nike stores, when someone returns a shoe, are the employees allowed to claim the shoe right away? I was behind someone in line recently who returned an SB and I was the next one to the register. I asked about it, and the employee said another employee is taking them.
We all knew this was happening. How the hell a sneaker not even release and they sold out already.
Interviewing like Chris Hansen
Been reselling for a little over a year and the more people you know especially at stores they will hook it up for certain people cause money talks.
Damn good thing u re uploaded
nike about to get a bunch of new applicants for that 40% life time discount
Discord bros for 39$ 😂 max support. Dope video 👊
Great content fam!
Awesome video! Thank you 🙏🏽
40percent is insane for life
lol yea I’ve been to plenty of stores where I knew fishy shit was going on… especially the managers.
This was Joliet mall forsure, 😭
Backdooring is apart of the game. I had a plug for awhile just doesn’t last as people would like cause people get greedy
First guy he’s interviewing looks like kickswithfrank 👀🤫😂
Yeah the Nike lifetime discount is clutch
I’m confused. What exactly does “back door” mean? Like stealing them and waking out the back door? 😂 sorry I’m old I don’t know the slangs
Just means you are not selling it retail to customers. I never gets to the real customer instead you sell it to someone behind the scenes at a markup.
@@odogg6899 ohh
I love back door❤
This is why I buy reps
I'm subscribing!
I’m a manager at footlocker and I work with near by Nike and Finishline managers to back door🤷🏻♂️🤑🤑🤑
Why people act like this is new, Nike factory in Memphis back door a lot shoes too and employees get them weeks or months ahead of release.
So he asks would you recomend backdooring to other people and he pretty much says if you can get away with it..ugh..what a creep ..no morals..probably end up in jail
Fire video
Never rat on your friends
I wish u would expose these people
Good content very interesting report

Na 40% off for like is insane 😮
But I thought reselling was dead? Lol
can ask local skateshops next nd or dicks sporting goods or shoe palace
2k a month for all this inconvenience they cause is crazy lmao. I hate resell culture
I worked at Hibbett 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Cool content
jd and finishline supervisors literally make 13-14 an hour.. literally....
crazy!
uhhh shoes
Backdoor that $39 to me!
I mean they still paid for it…
My stomach hurts
I hear a lie because if you work for a store you get them for below retail..
Can’t used card or employee discount bc you will get flagged
lmao if you think this is a lie, you live in a perfect world
crazy
great video, but seems very staged. either way real or not this was informative
And this is why I NEVER do any damn raffles because of this backdoor bull$hit, smdh 🙄😒!!!!!!
This guy asking questions like he bout to snitch, he comes off like a weirdo.
I’m the guy they’re selling to😭😂
Can I get a hooyaaaaa
