Almost everything about this series was subtle but genius! I have yet to find another series where every actor absolutely nails their part, where the subtlety, cringe, drama and comedy are in such balance. Incredible show from start to finish! Stay safe.
I kind of wonder why they tried so hard to stop Chuck from curing Sarah. Surely knowing the CIA basically killed Sarah would only motivate him to try harder to get the truth out and bring it down. Best option would be to deal with Chuck. But that would be less dramatic, and we wouldn't see how wonderful Chuck's love for Sarah is, and how far he goes to save her. :) Sometimes sense < plot.
I just watched a documentary narrated by Adam Baldwin called 'Rockin' the Wall' about rock music and the Iron Curtain, and at different points throughout, I would just hear Casey's voice saying "Russians. So many Russians."
Chuck is one of the most underrated serials to ever exist.... Brooklyn nine nine and the office are always among the comedy serisl of the decade but never chuck
It's kinda sad that Decker was just a pawn of Shaw Like he was blackmailed into doing this, I bet he didn't have any issues with Chuck, and it's obvious how much he actually respects Chuck "You should've known I'd bring an army to stop you Bartowski" Fuckin, Shaw. Since I watched Chuck the first time, I've had a mild issue with Brandon Ruth, and in every movie or show he's in, I low-key hope he fails at whatever it is he's trying to do lol
Agreed. Morgan with the Intersect, Shaw's return, how this Decker plot line ended, and finally Sarah's memory loss really didn't keep my interest. The only good thing about Season 5 was the continued development of the Charah marriage, which was, of course, completely uprooted at the end.
I think it should have ended on that episode with Sarah’s mom where they were all sitting around the table like a big happy family, that was a nice ending.

I can't believe it either. Carina finally learned Morgan's name and stopped calling him "Martin". I don't know why she never learned his name before, despite all the times she was called out on it. Maybe she decided to drop the misnaming act once she accepted that he's dating Alex
IMO I think the end of season 3 could have been this scene... I would have like to have seen maybe a scene with chuck and sarah and the family when she wakes up and more importantly I wanted to see more of their wedding!!!! so much build up just to see 5 minutes of their wedding :( It could have opened up maybe an episode or two more in the 5th season for all of us to enjoy.
Something about this particular moment makes me think of Star Trek the next generation the particular episode with the defecting Romulan Admiral 'the Defector'
thing decker doesn't get is cia, nsa, volcov, what ever they mean nothing to him, he doesn't give a damn his prioritys to his friends and family and most Sarah, her life was in danger nothing else mattered but to save her.
I still cannot believe that the CIA would go against any help for one of their agents when she is dying.... Sarah did so much for the CIA and they just left her to die
It was implied that Decker was very high rank. He has a lot of authority, and access to a lot of information. It’s very likely he didn’t actually inform the CIA about what was going on. Probably only the parts about Chuck breaking Volkoff out and similar. The CIA had a lot of respect for Chuck by this point. They even gave him control of the intersect program. They probably directed Decker to cover up the Volkoff situation but it’s evident they didn’t allow him to kill any of them. Decker was a pawn of Shaw(which also didn’t make sense), but the only ones Shaw cared about really were Chuck and Sarah. Decker killed none of them even when he could’ve. This whole scene conflicts with season 5 and Shaw’s stated goal of killing Chuck and making Sarah watch so she’d have to live with that forever. If decker is compromised enough to go after them like this, it doesn’t make sense he’d go out of his way to make sure Sarah died when it was against Shaw’s plan. Also didn’t make sense that Shaw flashed on Decker and got hidden information but Chuck never did. Also doesn’t make sense that Decker didn’t just kill Shaw and that they never suppressed Shaw’s intersect the whole time he was in custody.
I have a few questions about this scene... What you think CAT squad was doing in Egypt? (didnt watch then whole ep) I wondered if Morgan's gun has real live bullets xD Couldn't the government control anything? Hence the newspapers ^^ Being a traitor of the government, wouldn't you be behind some bars? Coz as far as I know it just looks like they were "dismissed" and now running their own castle. :)
