Season four had such a great start. Volkoff had such a great villain feel to him in the first half of the season and then it quickly turned sideways, with them restoring agent "X"s memory, way too easily/soon.

No idea how they got Dalton for the role, but so very glad he did. Easily one of, if not the best Chuck villain in its five years.
