Hello Here's the Olga,
Today I want to introduce you to Galuschki and cook with you.
Galushki is a typical Ukrainian everyday dish made from wheat or buckwheat flour, grits, potatoes or cottage cheese.
For cooking you need the following ingredients:
2 onions
about 6 potatoes
500 gr flour type 405
Approx. 100 ml of lukewarm water
spices according to taste
