Great video Dave!!! I'm going to try that one for mink for sure. One time I had a 120 coni and seen that my bait was gone and mink tracks going through and back out without triggering the trap. I had the trigger in a V shape and that bugger slipped in and out. Happened several times, so thanks with the tip. Have a good one.
Nice vid Dave. I have the savageaus with the 4 wire trigger and I still get bad catches, more then with the old traps, I'm going to try some of your tips.
no argument here Dave i think you have the no# 1 trigger sets for the animals you named the light bulb trigger set is a deadly one, i think the one for the mink was in the north bay trapping course but i could be wrong, it was a long time ago, any way as i sid before you would make one hell of a good teacher for all things trapping, have a good week !!
I'm new to trapping. You mention a brand that I can't locate. Please excuse my guess at what you're saying. Is it a Savageau? I think they have an extra holding bar. Thanks for the vicarious experiences you share. Wonderful. Marty from Maine.
