I’m disappointed that the focus of this is on cultivars & not straight species. Have studies been done on each of the cultivars named to show if they provide the same level of environmental services to the insects that rely on those native plants? That should be addressed, along with explaining the difference between straight species and cultivars and the potential down sides to choosing cultivars.
