if I had to guess, it's a combination of multiple premade loops. the individual components aren't original, but the overall arrangement of them is.

@@Teuthida Yeah, I'm guessing the techno part and Middle Eastern part are two preexisting parts. If you use a music identification tool like Shazam you can find some other pieces that have parts similar but somewhat different to the Middle Eastern part. I can't find anything quite like the techno part though. If these are indeed stock pieces that others have used, finding the original may be difficult. But it would be nice to know the source.
