Pretty sure the “Rex” skin is actually based off of Fives when he became a ARC Trooper. But hey, we all make mistakes. I like that I can use that skin now and pretend I am Fives in the battlefront.

I love the Diplomat skin so much, its a shame to see it so low, but the other skins are also phenomenal, so the competition eventually comes down to personal preference
The captain skin for the commando droid was the one from the episode where the clone troopers get overun by Com droids and rex and Cody take back the outpost

I like the skins they are really great and I haven’t seen a bad one there are some boring ones but none bad

If you ever played Clone Wars Adventures....before it was cancelled. The umbra operative and cobalt hero were the ARC troopers that gave you the mission where you raided the Umbaran Airfield
Immediately got the #1 and #2 skins. They’re my favourite from the update. Gonna get the Rex skin next. I don’t use Commando Droids or Droidekas often enough.
For Co-Op I’ve been neglecting heroes and just using reinforcements now lol
Yeah in co-op I think it’s more effective to use the reinforcements instead of heros
I only use heroes on Co-op to rank them up fast

am i the only one that thinks "Training" and "Jungle" skins are way over hyped? like sure they look good dont get me wrong i DO like them, but all it takes for "Training" is to make the entire skin white and add little target markers here and there, and the "Jungle" skin is just a generic camouflage texture slapped on the armor, like i dont see those textures being really hard to make, compared to the other ones that actually have small details and patterns on them
Yeah the Urban fighter skin was my pick for the commando reinforcement. The jungle one would only look good on Kashyyk but I still prefer the other one
@@AlChestBreachFan7 honesly i dont like the Training skins and the Commando skins due to the Training skins not making anysense because the training droids where used by the Republic and not CIS and the Commando skins look ugly in my opinion
MikaGrof I agree. Training skins only make sense when on Kamino. But then again, we have people using 41st skins on Geonosis...

My favorite reinforcement skins are Cobalt Hero, Diplomat Commando Droid, Training Droideka.

Ozzy I completely agree with the top 2. Jungle Striker and Umbra Operative I have on and I love rocking them out on the Battlefront.
That bone white Droideka is eerie as heck. Like a literal pale droid of death, a destroyer droid of the apocalypse.

I love all the Commando Droid skins I just wish they were a little brighter, you can barely notice some of them because of how light the paint is.
I like where they are taking the game but the one thing I reckon would be cool is a custom paint booth to customise your armour etc for all troops
Really like the skins. I was hoping we could get a plain white ARC Trooper skin as the new default and the current default became one of the unlockable skins, like what they did with the default Clone Trooper appearances.

They need to add a Shadow Trooper class for Clones. I feel like it would make a great addition to Infiltration
I also think there should be a Galactic Marine skin, or 21st Nova Corps. I really think that would be cool.
In my opinion, my 1st is Citadel Droid followed by Umbara Operative. The training BX skin does look good, but I crave the Citadel Droid's color pallet, and then those yellow eyes set this skin apart from the others. I haven't played this game since Early November (for undisclosed reasons) but when I do, I'm gonna be playing the BX more often. As for Umbara, Ozzy already said all that needs to be said.

Be interesting to see what clonewars era skins could be added now all I can think off at the top of my head is cals clone unit from JFO and clone training armour and a super battle droid training skin
Haven't actually bought any of the new skins yet cause I'm saving up for anything that will drop with TROS.
But I think my first choice would be the Jungle Strike for the clone commando. I usually choose my skins based on what makes the most sense on any give map, and that one seems absolutely perfect for Kashyyk.
I hope they do an Umbara map somewhere down the line so that Arc Trooper skin will have a home as well. Cause personally I'm a stickler for making my characters look like they belong on the map where I'm playing on.
I wanted the umbra ops arc so i farmed 2500 credits in arcade with darth maul on the first scenario. MY FAVORITE IS THE UMBRA OPS AND SECOND THE JUNGLE COMMANDO
The Cobalt Arc skin was the first one I bought, great skin!
I was about to search for a video of this topic, and I saw it underneath the video I was watching.
I see the Cobalt Hero being inspired by the leaking growth accereration chamber himself, Hardcase
My Ranking is pretty much same as yours Ozzy, only difference is that the Phase 1 variations are my favorite 😁
personally I like the phase one cobalt hero because it reminds me of Alpha-17 from legends
I prefer the "urban assault" skin for the commando because rather than it being a simple camo or clear white skin, it's got decals that make ke feel like a clone rather than a noob or simple camouflage skin, it makes me feel like I'm on delta squad

The skins I didn't buy due to low interest for them was the Training Commando Droid, Urban Clone Commando and Arc Trooper Lambet skin
Good list, my personal ranked list would also have the Captain at the bottom because it’s only a slight change from the default. But then I would put the training Droidika then Training Commando because I’ve always hated the training skins (personal opinion) then the Jungle skin for the Clone Commando (The Jungle skins are just too shiny on clone armour for my liking, maybe if the colours were matte). I would then have the Diplomat and Citadel skins, then Lambent, Umbera Op, then Cobalt Hero (I just like thinking I’m a 501st ARC whilst I play).
True. The umbra operative is the best skin in the game. I dont have bf2 yet but i will get the celebration edition for the game and all the skins but the one i am most exited about is the umbra operative
The Umbra Operative looks like he was made for Ozzy, to be honest. At least to match with the merchandise he has up: mostly black with some yellow/orange in there.

Personally I would have ranked the captain Rex looking skin a little higher but other than that, you nailed it
I think that whoever has an Umbra Operative skin on their arc trooper should mean that they are highly capable taking down some of the villains by themselves on a 1 v 1 duel with no assistance in the game! That’s my personal opinion of wearing this skin and I have it on all the time. Or it just looks cool😁.
i paid 15$ for the battlefront 2 celebration edition and it came with pretty much every skin. i just needed to get darth maul and farm boy skins. oh yeah and smuggler han.
The Cobalt skin for the ARC trooper is not based off on Rex but rather echo and hardcase since Rex's color pattern was different and he wasn’t an ARC trooper (although neither was hardcase but he had stripes like this skin).
The Alpha Class (Phase 1) ARC skins go hard asf
There needs to be a reinforcement class trusts between a hero and reinforcement for people like Captain Rex, Captain Cardinal, And maybe clone commanders (like Cody 😭) that became stormtroopers for the OT.
Phase I Lambent Seeker is my favorite of the bunch.

I love all the skins. I love the lambent seeker skin for the arc only cause I hate it when everyone has the same skins 😂 I love them all tho and the umbra skin for ark was the first one I got next to the jungle commando

Sad it took 2 years for them to finally get the game right. Now that Jedi fallen order did so good maybe we’ll finally get that open world Star Wars bounty hunter game, like red dead redemption but in space
The comando droid captain did have an appierence in the star wars the clone wars tv show as well did the diplomant skin and the citadel skin

The blue ARC Trooper skin makes me feel like Captain Rex
the training skin stick out with their white just as in domino's rex does... white is creepy if someone or something bad uses it

The arc trooper skins for lambeth and cobalt remind me of havoc and blitz from season 2
