I have a really cute idea for BAM!!! You should make cute mantou (steamed buns) like animals or almost any shape you want! There are tons of mantou recipe videos and even animal mantou videos on RUclips! Since you have a stand mixer(!!!!) you can knead all the dough and all the different colors before hand and I think it would be cute to make the lil shapes and animals during a BAM so then you let it rest for a bit after shaping and then steam it and then it’s ready! You can also put filings but pro tip: for beginners, it’s much easier to freeze the filling in ice cube molds (if you have small round ice cube molds, that works the best!) than to fill it normally The frozen filling is much easier to handle!
