PS I just realised I've listened to this twice all the way through now for the last 2 hours! This sounds random, but I deleted my Instagram app off of my phone this morning after being fed up with the overwhelm of it, and really just feeling disconnected from myself. This sounds random, but I deleted my Instagram app off of my phone this morning after being fed up with the overwhelm of it, and really just feeling disconnected from myself. Instagram comments were one thing that made me think about how much hate there is in the world. Everyone is so hateful and horrible to each other there.
