I'm on my second RTT now. The nice thing about soft shell tents like yours is the length when opened, meaning you have lots of room at your feet for dogs or gear. We have a hard shell now and the setup and packup time is greatly reduced, but the downside is they are much less roomy than a soft shell. Great video as always!
True, honestly I would much rather have a hardshell, the zippers on the shoftshell have such a limited lifespan with all the rain, dirt, and constant abuse... I would gladly sacrifice a few inches of space for that convenience. This tent is fantastic though and just having a RTT has made our trips so much more enjoyable and easy.
@@CascadiaOverlandCrew I really wish people would start cleaning up when they're out using the backcountry instead of leaving their garbage behind because the nvp wants to shut down our Backcountry because of it and I don't want to end up like Germany and have to pay just to use our Backcountry even for day use and that would be just like how the black forest in Germany is you got to pay to use it no matter what even if you're just driving down the dirt roads also needing part of a club to do fishing or hunting
Awesome Video 📹 👏 👌 👍
Thank you! Cheers!

Beautiful place! We stopped by Jones Lake on our way back from Alaska!
Ohh cool! Def. one of the coolest spots - just gets a bit messy because of the popularity.
Jones lake gets a little too crowded at times but that place is really scenic. Great video you two 👌🏽
Yes! Thank you!
Stunning video yet again. Love the content!
From a very jealous Ontarian
Thank you very much!
Really cool man, I love Jones Lake! I've camped many times on that exact spot u were :) !
Thanks for watching! One of our fav spots for sure.
so they been cleaning up jones lake cuz bc hydro was talking about closing the camping up there if ppl dont clean up and keep leaving garbage up there
Yeah it’s not great - we brought out a few garbage bags worth of garbage out. Hopefully people will get some sense and clean up after themselves

Didn’t you guys have a all white dog before?
We did, yes. He passed away last year unfortunately, from cancer.
